”Overall the property is in a fa tasting location. Dry quiet and peaceful. Easy stroll to beach and main town. Only complaint was there has been perviously some partial flooding internally at ground floor so damp smell in under stair cupboard, blown plaster low level on walls around bathroom door frames blown low level. from water damage. Needs a little TLC as in cosmetic repair.”

”The overall stay was enjoyable but the villa was advertised as 'luxury' and we feel this isn't quite the case. The area in which the villa is situated is lovely, secluded and quiet but within the villa its self the kitchen is under equipped with the bare minimum utensils, pots, pans etc. There were no 'pantry' items at all tea, coffee, salt, herbs, etc The patio furniture was very old and cushion covers were ripped. There was definately a problem with ants in the villa especially in the upstairs...

”We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Nout. Communication prior to the visit and the check in procedure were excellent. The location for the beach and local shops/bars is excellent, though the photographs on the listing are very outdated. There is a large hotel adjacent, which causes shade on the villa pool from mid afternoon. The noise from the hotel was not intrusive. It just provided some quiet background music to our al fresco dinner, which we found quite pleasant. The garden is tired and...
