Matkat – Tšukovets

Stedet er OK, men der er en hel del støj fra en børnehave lige ved siden af. Der er et lille TV med elendig lyd og en enkelt kanal. Måske lidt for dyr i forhold til andre tilsvarende steder. Ellers god central placering.

We had a very disappointing stay. Both rooms we were given had clear cleanliness issues, which is unacceptable when you’re paying for a hotel. Despite raising this properly and providing documentation, we received no meaningful response—just a €10 refund at checkout with no apology. The handling of the situation was poor, and the staff showed little understanding, even interrupting when we tried to explain. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view from our room of the mountain. We hope to return again and will book this hotel. Perhaps ask for a room that is not over the restaurant.

Parkkipaikat puomilla erotettu alue hotellin pihalla, siisti piha-alue. Ystävällinen palvelu. Loistava paikka yöpyä koiran kanssa
