”We loved our stay. It had everything we needed and was just the right amount “off the grid.” Davi and Enola were super welcoming to us and our little dog. We appreciated being able to have our furbaby. The scenes over the mountains with summer rainfalls were serene. Definitely recommend 11/10.”

”First off, the location is excellent. It is easy to get to, and easy to find. The area is beautiful and open, with excellent views of the mountains. On our first morning we were greeted by two bull elks as they worked their way past the lodge! The lodge it spacious, clean and nicely organized. Many local reference pamphlets are available, so you're never wondering what you could do. It would be hard to find a nicer place to stay in Maggie Valley!!!”

”So quiet with a wonderful view. The drive up the hill was challenging. Ac consists of window units. Upstairs shower is very small.”

”It was the top of the mountain! The location was perfect. My uncle and I fished the local rivers and we had access to miles and miles of fishing within minutes of the cabin. Very clean. Owner was very responsive. The only minor reason for a 4 rating was the hot top jets didn’t work on the high setting. Otherwise the cabin is perfect. Great stay!”

”Wonderful cabin! Only thing needed was an outdoor area to keep trash so wildlife couldn’t get into it. Only thing to change is the toilet paper, it’s rough. We had to buy Charmin. Beautiful cabin, amazing views, great surprise to have board games. We will be back!”

”We thoroughly enjoyed The Nest! A very cool place in a perfect location, easy walk to everything in downtown Highlands including some hiking trails. The host was very responsive and included some nice touches with extra amenities waiting for us upon our arrival. We absolutely recommended The Nest!”

”The property is so beautiful and charming. The host did an excellent job of responding with any question I had. The back patio is like a tree house, incredibly lovely and relaxing. Although we were extremely busy with my daughter’s wedding we felt lucky to have such a nice place to call ‘home’ for a few days.”

”Very clean inside and outside! The description of the cabin is exactly as you read in the ad! The neighbor in the same duplex was very nice and inviting. Very quiet! The beds were VERY comfortable and I can be very picky when it comes to that! We had 1 small incident, but was solved VERY QUICKLY, even at almost 11pm. We couldnt find a sheet or blanket for the pull out couch, but like I said, with no hesitation leslie's either property manager or cleaner ( not sure who actually came out ) she was...

”Had a wonderful birthday trip. The house was cozy. We loved the screened in porch and grilled out every night. Sat around the fire pit one night. Location was very convenient.”

This was the perfect location as this home is in a private area at the end of a private street giving total seclusion and peace and quiet. town is a few minutes away and candler has had some great local options as well. Try Martinelli's pizza and Doc Brown's BBQ. all a few minutes away.”

”Absolutley loved Kelly's cabin. Kelly has thought of everything!!! The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated. I felt at home! The movie theater was a big hit with young and old.
