”The rooms were fine, I had issues with television and clothes dryer, staff did address the issue following my request. We did need to check out one day early and were denied a refund on our bill because reservations were made through a third party stating they are not able to accommodate this request. When I attempted to contact initially, I was not able to contact directly therefore requiring me to secure reservation through another source. The request to check out early was provided 48 hours...

”Problem was getting into room. First room door wouldn't open. Clerk said that was a bad one. If you knew it was bad, then why was I given room. Second room couldn't get the door open. Clerk came with me and said you have to pull the door before pushing it open. Worked after several tries. Same issue getting out of the room. Had to push door before pulling it open. Dangerous in case of emergency.”

”The rooms are clean enough although they have a slight roach problem. The coffee pot broke while I was there and the 2nd one they gave me didn't work either.”

”I had a great experience from the couple that runs the motel. My car broke down and they were very understanding of my problem and allow me to get a mechanic fix my car in their parking lot. Very pleasant experience and the room was extremely clean!!”

”Our stay was fabulous! The Armory Park Inn is outstanding in *every* respect. From the gorgeous interior to the gracious staff, my wife and I knew we had found a winner. Amy and Dora anticipated every need we could have, with snacks, plentiful towels, fast wi-fi, robes, even blackout curtains. In the late afternoon, they hosted an Armory Gathering for guests that included wine, cheese, fruit, and lovely conversation. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. ”This hotel was modern and very clean. The breakfast was excellent both days. The pool area was perfect and the gas grill was an excellent amenity. We grilled out by the pool and this was a nice break from restaurants. The workers were friendly and accommodating. Very nice fitness center too. ”

”First no luggage rack, asked for it never delivered. No paper towels, no housekeeping everyday. Towels used more than once is unsanitary. I won’t come here again because when I am on vacation I don’t want to make my bed. ”

”We had a wonderful stay - room was clean and comfy. My MIL especially enjoyed the scents of the shampoo/conditioner/body lotion. Breakfast was delicious and the chef even special made my daughter some French toast. The staff was truly the highlight of our visit! Very accommodating and friendly! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility - lots of dining options around. Would definitely stay here again!”

”The room was very spacious and all the furnishings were modern. The room was clean and had decent amount of amenities for the price. The staff were very dedicated to making the hotel clean. You could always see them mopping the lobby or touching up the breakfast bar. The surrounding area is just hotels and the airport, so nothing much. The lot is on the smaller side but there are two entrances for the building so it was OK. ”
