This hotel was couple of weeks ago a Best Western and now they have a new owner and name — it seems that the new owners are still learning how to run a hotel: staff is friendly and helps, but there were minor issues with cleaning (some beard hairs in the sink) and breakfast (the food run out and they didn’t notice in until one customer went to kitchen). Some administration workflow should be also brushed, I was accidentally double charged both via Hotels.com and the hotel as I arrived one day late due to cancelled flight (and called the hotel but they did not know how to log it in the system).
Don’t get me wrong: I liked the place and stayed there two times on my trip. Fix these and the hotel will be awesome.
