”Property needs upgrading. Carpets in hallways and lobby are dirty. Furniture and cabinets were beat up and need replacing. I had to change my room due to a brown substance in the bathtub which looked like feces. The drawers on the dresser in my room would not stay in, because the floor in the room was so uneven that it caused the dresser to lean forward. Drawers kept coming open by themselves. The drawers are a hazard. Bottom line, my stay was not pleasant.”

”We had an excellent stay. Couple areas of concern. The cart for loading our belongings could have pushed a little more easily. Also out on the pool deck there were strips. Not sure what they were for but they were loose and could have been a significant trippy hazard. Mostly the staff was just excellent. The food was good.
