Living room- This cozy room has a game console, games, local magazines and Smart TV!



Kitchen- The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary appliances to enjoy a home cooked meal. There is a seating area for up to 6 guests.



Bedroom 1 and 2 - Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds! One bedroom has a desk with a lamp.

Each bedroom has a closet, storage and hangers.



Bathroom- There is a full bathroom, tub and shower with complimentary amenities, and hotel grade towels!



Patio- Enjoy your morning listening to the birds outside on the patio set.



Pool- There are 2 community pools, please note the pool is unheated and there is no lifeguard on duty.



Washer & Dryer- download the app to pay to use-shared among 3 other units in the building

Guests will receive check-in instructions the day prior to check-in!

The neighborhood is nestled on a green, beautiful 16 acre property with a view of the mountains! Enjoy a morning walk around the neighborhood and a nice walk to Pinnacle Peak and restaurants!



Getting Around:

It is very easy to get around the city, enjoy riding bikes, or take an uber out! You are only minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and many hiking trails!



Other Things to Note:

No USPS mail allowed unless delivered to the front door. Amazon packages, FedEx and UPS can be delivered to the front door.
