The single-level home features a welcoming living area where everyone can gather and relax after a day of exploring Tucson. A TV is available for laid-back evenings at home, while the home's connection to its outdoor spaces makes it easy to step outside and enjoy the surrounding desert scenery.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across three private bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom: 1 King-size bed with an ensuite full bath

Other Things to Note:

🦎 Wildlife Advisory

Please note that the property is located in the Arizona desert, where encounters with native wildlife such as insects, lizards, snakes, birds, and small animals can naturally occur.

For your safety, please keep a respectful distance from any wildlife you encounter. In most cases, wildlife will move along without intervention. If you believe an animal poses an immediate concern in a high-traffic guest area, such as near an entryway, patio, or hot tub, please contact us right away so we can assist.



🐶 Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome with the following guidelines:

• Maximum of 2 dogs

• Up to 100 lbs each

• Please clean up after your pets

• $50 pet fee for stays of up to 5 days

• $10/day for longer stays

• Unfortunately, cats are not permitted due to housekeeping allergies

Please help us keep the property comfortable for everyone by supervising your pets and respecting the home and outdoor areas.



♨️ Hot Tub Use & Heating

The private hot tub is available for an additional $30 per night.

The hot tub is not prepared or heated for guest use by default. If you'd like to enjoy it during your stay, please contact us prior to check-in so we can arrange access and preparation.

The hot tub is professionally maintained for guest safety and comfort. Please do not add chemicals or make adjustments to the equipment yourself. If you notice anything unusual during your stay, simply message us and we'll be happy to assist.



🚐 RV Access

The property offers RV access/parking and a full RV connection with electric and sewage hookups. If you're planning to arrive with an RV, please let us know ahead of time so we can provide any necessary instructions.

• Mail, packages, and deliveries should be received by guests in person or delivered directly to the property doorstep.
