ADDITIONAL FEE: To preserve the condition of our property, a refundable Safety Deposit ($1,250) or non-refundable Damage Waiver ($58.85) is REQUIRED. After booking, you`ll receive a Boarding Pass link via Enso Connect, an AUTHORIZED BOOKING PARTNER, to provide your name, phone, and email, and choose either the Safety Deposit or Damage Waiver.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that any pet waste be picked up and discarded.

POOL HEATING: Heating the pool is an optional extra-fee amenity. The daily fee for heating the pool is $84. Please let us know if you want the pool heated during your stay, and we will ensure it`s ready upon your arrival.
- No smoking or vaping in or around the property. A $500 fee for policy violations for smoke remediation.

- No large gatherings or parties. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately.

- No unapproved pets

POOL RULES:
* No unsupervised children in the pool area
* NO diving
* No glass in the pool area (Any broken glass would require a full pool drain and damages. Guest would incur a $700 fine for any broken glass found in pool.)
* No swimming in pool after 10 pm
