This tranquil, updated traditional Tucson home offers exposed beams, quiet nights by firelight.

There are internal stairs and external stairs in this property. There is also beautiful artwork please be respectful of the space.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool. Please inquire for pricing as cost is subject to vary based on the time of year. Pool will not heat if temperature is below 45 degrees. Pool cover must remain on pool when not in use as this will effect the overall temperature.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine. Any items left behind or furniture moved will incur a fee for disposal individually assessed.

To open lock behind security door. Press the code then Schilage button then turn knob left to unlock door.

To lock door press schilage, keypad will light blue then press and turn knob to the right.

There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.

Entry will be behind the security door. There is a keypad. Do not lock security door.

Leave beds un-made and place towels in washing machine with door open.

Please note: When propane tank is provided guests are required to fill during their stay for use.

House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage pails.

*********Pickup is Tuesday early morning, Please bring pails in by Tuesday Evening at 5pm. Please have out at street Monday evening. If you stay during a trash day please place pails at the street and bring in after pickup. If your stay isn`t during a trash day DO NOT put at street,

No vehicles parked in the street overnight.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.

Air conditioning should be turned off at checkout (summer bookings)

Heat to be set to 50 at checkout (winter bookings)

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout.

Pool Info:
There is an additional fee to heat the pool. Please inquire for pricing as cost is subject to vary based on the time of year. **Pool vacuum needs to remain in the pool 24/7, even when swimming or the pool pump and cleaner turns off. Pool will not heat if temperature is below 45 degrees or if vacuum is out of the water. Pool cover must remain on pool when not in use, as this will effect the overall temperature and allow the heat to escape during winter months.
**The pool is serviced by a professional pool company every Thursday (between 8am-5pm). Cover will need to be off and folded on Thursday mornings by the guest, or will conquer a fee for rescheduling.

Must place covers on all outdoor furniture on patio prior to checkout or when not in use.

This is not a child friendly listing, please mind the art, décor, stairs and wildlife.

Do not alter, remove or cause any damage to landscaping. This action will result in a fine. This property is managed by a professional gardener.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.
