Classic Tucson. Working class and families in this neighborhood (some nice, some mediocre, some not). Quiet secondary street, less through traffic. Home has a large yard and feels cozy and to itself.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

FUTON: Please let us know if you plan to use the futon so we can have linens and pillows ready for your stay.

The property was perfect for our needs. It was close to stores; and, had enough room for the family. I brought the family out to honor my dad's WW2 experience at the 390th Museum, Pima Air and Space Museum. Very emotional visit. Lots to do in Tucson and should have stayed longer.

Great weekend in Tucson

This home is a great place to stay for many reasons, the neighborhood is very quiet, the neighbors friendly. Location, Trader Joes, 2 minute walk, Frys 3 minutes, and so much more, easy on and off freeway. Communicatrion was easy and simple with owners, and the house is cute and very functional, with three comfortable beds, and a nice kitchen. Large backyard, and nice covered patio to have your morning coffee, and listen to all the beautiful song birds in the morning. We will be back.. Thanks..

A Relaxing Stay in Tucson

We were in Tucson to watch our son play baseball in his college Spring Break Tournament at the Kino Sports Complex. We stayed at this adorable home in Tucson for the week. It was very close to the Viscount Suites Hotel where our son stayed as well as the Kino Sports Complex. The house is very charming and accommodated our party of 5 very well! The beds are so comfortable and the bed linens and bath towels were soft.The kitchen amenities were great too! We used the stove top, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. The coffee mugs hold a nice cup of coffee and the dishes were so nice!Todd, Jess, Bere and their team made check in and check out so easy and were available to answer any questions we had in a timely manner which was so appreciated! They were all great to work with!The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again if we are In the Tucson area and will recommend this listing to our friends and family!

Charming House Great Location

Clean, comfortable, and quiet

This was the perfect home base for our family of 5 to stay while we explored Tucson. The house was comfortable with plenty of pillows and linens and towels. The water pressure was great. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. An excellent choice!

Perfect for the occasion

Cute place for my company leadership to meet. It was close to the Escape Room event we did and provided a nice gathering place. With the big screen TV we just plugged in and got down to planning. Back Arizona tool was perfect for those that needed to break off for other video calls.

Great location

This is a cute little house. Perfect for our family of three. Great location. It is central to everything. There is a nice backyard. We had great weather so we ate outside a few times. I gave it four stars because when we arrived the cleaning solution smell was so overpowering that we had to open windows and turn on fans. There was also pet hair on the blankets on the beds. Overall, it was a nice place. I just think next time we'll make sure to pick a place that doesn't allow pets.

Tucson visit

This house was a perfect central location for us as we visited family in the area. The house was clean, beds were comfortable. And we especially liked that it was within walking distance of Trader Joe’s, a drug store, restaurants, and a coffee shops.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for family weekend at the university and it was the perfect location. Short 15 min drive to the university but far away enough from that traffic and craziness. The house was great! Loved the backyard for morning coffee. Would definitely recommend!
