The home sleeps 10 people comfortably.

The keypad is on the front door. There is also garage access. The remote is on the kitchen island. Please leave it there at checkout for the next guest. You will receive your access code via your app or email with a confirmed reservation.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.

There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.

Leave beds unmade and place towels on the floor in the bathroom.

House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage pails.

Please place ALL trash in garbage bins which is located behind the side gate. Pick up is on Wednesday mornings. Please have out at street Tuesday evening. If you stay during a trash day please place pails at the street and bring in after pickup.

Driveway parking available (2 spots) as well as use of the garage (2car garage-remote provided).

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.

Air conditioning should be turned to 80 degrees checkout (summer bookings)

Heat to be set to 55 at checkout (winter bookings)

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Do not flush personal hygiene products down the drain.

Please leave washing machine door open after use to avoid condensation in between stay`s.

Do not alter, remove or cause any damage to landscaping. This action will result in a fine.

No Smoking on premises.

Wildlife may be pretty, but please do not touch, not always friendly. If you see a snake in the property call 911 and let them know, the fire department will come and remove it.
