Newly renovated adorable casita (in our humble opinion) located in a quiet central area near the delightful neighborhood of Winterhaven and roughly 10-15 minute drive to downtown, U of A, many restaurants & cafe's, and Saguaro National Park. We have designed this 640 sq ft guest home to feel exclusive and private from the main house with your own entrance, parking and outdoor patio space. Well equipped kitchen stocked with all your amenities needed for a cozy short or long term stay. All water on premises is filtered! We love to socialize and always happy to mingle, but just as good keeping to ourselves. On occasion, wild life such as javelins, coyotes and bobcats like to pass through. We are a also within walking distance to the Chuck Huckleberry "Loop Trail" which passes through Rio Vista Reserve Park that runs along the river wash. The home is located on a quiet dead end street.
