The Cabin at Sahuarita Village

Immerse yourself in the peaceful rural atmosphere, while still being close to town and convenient for shopping and activities. Relax and unwind, surrounded by nature and serenity. Whether you are seeking a romantic weekend getaway or a family trip, our serene setting is the perfect choice for your next vacation and with multiple accommodations bring the whole extended family as there is nothing else like it! Game room is open and a shared space. It will be in the metal building second door from the right.

The space
With 1 cozy studio bedroom and a pullout couch, there is enough room for everyone to relax and unwind. Enjoy this tranquil setting for an outdoor gathering with family or simply soaking up the sunshine. Comfortably sleeping 3-4, this is the ideal spot for your next vacation.

There is a large dumpster onsite, at checkout all trash should be dispose of. If the bin is overflowing please notify your host. All boxes must be broken down.

Although you will feel like you aren`t in the desert with the mature trees and greenery, be cautious of wildlife. It may be pretty but not always friendly. If you see a snake or any other animal please dial 911 watch it from a safe distance and do not touch. This is a shared property with our guest reservations. Any shipped packages will be delivered to front unit doorstep on the right.

Head straight to the back of the property to The Cabin at Sahuarita Village, park in front of the unit. Front door has a smart door lock.

Front gate may be closed during your stay there is no lock, this is a shared property with our guest reservations. Head straight to the back of the property to The Cabin at Sahuarita Village. Front door entry, keypad on main door.

Other things to note
Multiple properties are available on site to book/reserve, please message the host to see if it`s available for your stay.

As your host we hope that you enjoy your stay and we are just a few minutes down the road. If you do need anything please feel free to message through the app for the fastest response.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine, and be mindful of other guests on the property.

There is a temporary hold for $500 for damages that you will see on your card 2 days prior to checkout. It will be automatically released after 10 days.
Leave beds unmade and place towels on floor in the bathroom. All clean towels can be found in each bedroom for guests.

House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor dumpster. If you stay during a trash day please place pails at the street and bring in after pickup.

No vehicles parked in the street overnight.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.

Air conditioning should be turned to off checkout (summer bookings)

Heat to be set to off at checkout (winter bookings).

Remove all food, drinks and debris from any shared spaces and do not move or adjust furniture.

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are shut and locked at checkout.

Please note: When propane tank is provided guests are required to fill during their stay for use.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly. If you see a snake in the property call 911 and let them know, the fire department will come and remove it.

There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.

The cabin was big and spacious and had most items we needed. I would suggest hooks for coats by the door and one in the bathroom. And a bath mat. The area around the cabin had stickers that pierced the dog’s feet, so that wasn’t good.
