Wyndham Hotels – Tucson, Arizona

”This hotel was couple of weeks ago a Best Western and now they have a new owner and name — it seems that the new owners are still learning how to run a hotel: staff is friendly and helps, but there were minor issues with cleaning (some beard hairs in the sink) and breakfast (the food run out and they didn’t notice in until one customer went to kitchen). Some administration workflow should be also brushed, I was accidentally double charged both via Hotels.com and the hotel as I arrived one day...

”We return to Tucson from UK often and have stayed in most of the large resorts but this turned out to be, by far, our favourite It was reasonably quiet being out of the busy season, but perfect for us. Rooms were spacious and beautifully clean, a special mention for the pillows which we wanted to take home with us they were so comfortable. The staff were friendly cheerful and always attentive.
