”Excellent - nicely furnished unit with well equipped kitchen (could use a pizza cutter); the complimentary coffee pods were appreciated. Bathroom had all the amenities needed, and was roomy, as was the MBR. Outside seating was a nice touch and had great views. Quiet neighborhood. The track lighting over the dining table didn’t seem to work, nor did the track lighting near the fireplace. We made do without them as were gone most of the day. Could also use a side table or two to place drinks on...

”Fantastic space. Close proximity to UofA campus, which is what we were looking for. We walked to campus a couple of times, including for a basketball game. The space is very clean and host was great at communicating. Like mentioned, one room has a comfy bed and the other room is a TV room with a pullout couch, which my son used. He said it was comfortable. Overall, we hope to come back to this place during our future Tucson visits. Thanks you!”

”Very nice property! The Property Manager was very nice and very receptive to your needs! The bed in the master and the love seat in the living room needs to be firmed up. The unit was equipped with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. However it would be nice if there were laundry facilities in the unit. The check in process could be improved. Finding your parking pass location and where to park your car was challenging. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

”Overall the two month stay went very well. It is in a great location in Green Valley. It has all new appliances and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Very nicely decorated and the neighbors on each side are very friendly. Parking spot was always available and the tv and internet worked great. Grill needs some cleaning and work but once it started it worked great. Looking for a 2 bedroom for next year or would consider coming back.”

”My husband and I stayed for our anniversary weekend and had the most incredible time. The house is absolutely stunning. It was like a piece of art with the most incredible views. It has such a modern retro vibe and we just loved everything about it. The hosts left us a very lovely gift basket and some wine. Any and every question we had was met with a very quick response. ”The desert garden was wonderful. Sitting on the porch with coffee, flowers and birds. I relaxing time in May to start the day. We had a very comfortable stay with everything we needed; plenty of all the necessities. The only problem we had was that we didn’t have the welcome book with directions on how to turn the cooling system off and were not sure as to actually start the laundry.”

Minor and easily fixable things to do
"This hotel was couple of weeks ago a Best Western and now they have a new owner and name — it seems that the new owners are still learning how to run a hotel: staff is friendly and helps, but there were minor issues with cleaning (some beard hairs in the sink) and breakfast (the food run out and they didn’t notice in until one customer went to kitchen). Some administration workflow should be also brushed, I was accidentally double charged both via Hotels.com and the hotel as I arrived one day late due to cancelled flight (and called the hotel but they did not know how to log it in the system). Don’t get me wrong: I liked the place and stayed there two times on my trip. Fix these and the hotel will be awesome."

"remontoitu siisti motelli. aamupala hiukan niukka. ainoa miinus oli ettei meille mainittu bändistä joka oli surkea ja soitti myöhään ja kovaa. nukkuminen oli hankalaa siinä metelissä hankalaa. respaa ei kiinnostanut kun kysyimme milloin bändi lopettaa. oli jopa tyly. pihassa myös ruokarekka, mistä sai ilalla ruokaa"
