”As a disabled person, I requested a handicap room but my room was not accessible. I had to switch rooms and I was put in the room farthest from the entrance and the front desk. It was quite a long way away. I would hope that the accessible rooms would be a shorter distance for those people with mobility issues. Other than 5hat the room was fine.”

”Excelente servicio, muy cómodo y limpio”

”Very convenient to Tucson International Airport, just outside the entrance. The Staff was incredibly helpful from arranging for a private driver to printing boarding passes. The hotel has a shuttle service to take you to anywhere within a three mile limit and then pick you up, so getting to restaurants is easy. The breakfast has a nice variety of food items that change daily. The room was clean and maid service came every other day. WIFI was fast. It would be nice if the hotel had a business...

”The property was very clean and the facilities seemed new. Breakfast was really good, with lots of options.”

”The gate guard was nice and he had our keys to the room and car pass ready for us when we arrived. Felt safe and the room was quiet and clean. Good hot water for showers The restaurant was great and they had plenty of tvs to watch the World Series”

”The property was what I would hope a hotel would be. Amenities were in place, room was clean and well laid out, and the staff were friendly and helpful.”

”It works for me nothing to complain about nothing to rave about.”

”The receptionist was very helpful and nice.”

”The room I had needs updating but was clean. Staff knew about the television not working, no one fixed it or made it better. No compensation for it. My husband I stay at Hilton often. This was one of the worst I have stayed at.”

”This hotel was couple of weeks ago a Best Western and now they have a new owner and name — it seems that the new owners are still learning how to run a hotel: staff is friendly and helps, but there were minor issues with cleaning (some beard hairs in the sink) and breakfast (the food run out and they didn’t notice in until one customer went to kitchen). Some administration workflow should be also brushed, I was accidentally double charged both via Hotels.com and the hotel as I arrived one day...
