”Got there to check in and there’s a number on the door to call because the door is locked. Nobody answered the phone called it about 20 times and also called the phone at the desk multiple times there is no answer. We knocked on the door. We drove around the property and ended up having to go check into another hotel nearby now I have to fight to get my money back.”

”Was awakened by the security guard banging on our neighbors door over and over saying open up open up then there was an alarm that kept going off over and over and over it smelt like cigarette smoke. It was fairly clean, but it had a little bit of damage to the room, my son went out to get in the hot tub, and there was no one out there, and he was told to leave. There was no signage saying the hours of the hot tub since we were awake so early he decided to go get in the hot tub about 8 o’clock...
