I’m not excited about staying in hotels because there often seems to be some kind of mistake by the staff. My stay at Best Western Plus Tulsa Inn and Suites was no different. I booked two rooms for myself and a guest. At checkout, my guest paid for their room, and later I was billed for both rooms, which meant three payments for just two rooms. Normally we would let a one-time mistake slide, but this kind of thing happens frequently at other hotels too, which makes me worry that staff might be taking advantage of guests who don’t check their bank statements....or just incompetent. The rooms themselves were fine, though one air unit didn’t work properly and caused my guest a rough night. We asked if my guest could be moved to another room but were told none were available. I won’t be coming back to this location, I’m tired of the constant incompetence and having to correct staff mistakes.
