Cannot take shower without shoes. Toiletpaper everyday finished. Staff did not come to check toilets at all during the day. Two showers for mixed capsula and other did not drain the water. Two days with only cold water for shower. One night toilets were clogged. Hallway drinking water container empty most of the times. AC...

”Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hostel is in a good location, and the staff is awesome! There are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. We had issues with our shower clogging up and our room flooded during a heavy rain. The area is definitely pretty loud, so beware if you’re a light sleeper. In the end it was a good value for the price, and I’d consider it for a future stay.”

”I checked in at 4am and it was a flawless stay. Very nice beautiful property and bathroom, hot water. Very nice staff and nice restaurant. Best part is it across the street from a beach resort that you just have to buy drinks to be there. I highly recommend this place. And it’s very near lots of cool things to see like cenotes and Mayan ruins. ”

”NOT AS ADVERTISED. I arrived and was told I couldn't check in despite calling ahead that I would be a bit late. When I was finally given a bed the room was dirty, the bathroom moldy, and the sheets had a very strong smell that made me itchy. The room had no running AC, only a fan that was as loud as a helicopter. The room was significantly hotter than the temperature outside by morning. The central pool was under construction so only a small part of the courtyard by the bar was accessible. When...

”Litet slitet hotell vid stor trafikerad väg. Nära till Tulum ruiner. Fruktansvärt skitigt och slitet. Världens sämsta frukost; kaffe, en rostad smörgås, 1/3 banan och en ananasskiva. Äckliga skitiga plasttallrikar. Gula, skitiga lakan. Inget varmvatten i duschen. Enligt flera andra recensioner lånade de ut cyklar gratis, inte till oss, vi fick hyra cyklarna. Poolen går inte att bada i. Konstiga regler som inte följs!”

”Me encantó el lugar, y todos son muy lindos contigo , súper atentos , amables , siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitas , a mi llegada la recepcionista fue súper súper linda y explicó todo a detalle , las actividades, la red de wifi, horarios etc. lo malo es que está súper escondido y no hay señal para el GPS así que lo ideal es poner el GPS saliendo del aeropuerto,”
