”Overall, I would rate my experience at this resort about a 5 out of 10. The resort itself was beautiful, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. There were supposed to be 2–3 pools, but only one pool was open during our stay. They also advertised having six restaurants, but only one was open at a time, which was very disappointing. ”Everything about our stay at La Zebra was perfect! If you want a small hotel with every detail considered, where the staff are ALL amazing, kind, warm and so friendly then La Zebra is for you. A beautifully styled hotel, complete with every modern touch yet embracing Mexican art and culture, it is the kind of place where you can totally relax. ”No think about it just book it. The staff and owner were great. They are expanding to make it even better. Underwater gym, sound healing classes and full spa coming in November. I will be retuning. This was my first time in Mexico and I made a great choice in starting at Kan Tulum. The grounds were even prettier in person. We rented e-bikes and got hurt and the staff once they heard were so concerned and attentive asking daily about our progress. This place was worth every penny.”

”Cenote was great and the hotel itself was fantastic and absolutely gorgeous, but the staff was very forgetting and cold. We had to call to the receptionist to come and fix out fridge, our phone and the water wasn't running. For a 5 star hotel these things are unexpectable.
