Residenssit – Tulum

”Perfect stay. Location better than beach strip”

”Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and...

”we were looking for a hotel at the end of our trip and came here and were so positive surprised. This hotel is amazing. From the extreme welcome of the staff and the beautiful layout of the hotel you feel like you are on a jungle vacation. They have a super nice, clean and large pool area and we were there all by ourselves. they will give you a shuttle to the entrance of the Jaguar park, as well as a band so you can ride the electric transportation in the park to go to the national park beaches...

”The hotel scenery was beautiful to take photos or shoot content. Room was really nice. The pools were ok. Need to have proper lounge chairs by the pools. The shower heads in the rooms need to be changed. Hardly any water would come out but the tub was better to use instead. And it shouldn’t be so open the bathroom area since if wanting to bathe/shower in private. Nothing is covering that area. If wanting peace and quiet, it’s a place to stay at while in Tulum.”

”Excelente lugar”

”Ystävällinen henkilökunta, puhdasta, katolla on ihana allas ja ravintola ”

”We had a wonderful experience at Kai Tulum! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach and sea were clean, beautiful, and warm — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean. Another big advantage was the nearby Maya archaeological museum, which made the experience even more special for us. The location was excellent, and everything met our expectations. We would definitely recommend Kai Tulum to anyone visiting the area!”

”Ame este hotel, algo super tranquilo y mas que hermoso”

”The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They reached out about a month in advance to assist in planning something special as we were traveling for my husband’s 50th birthday. It’s located right on the beach and even if you don’t have an ocean view you can hear the sounds of the waves crashing as you relax in the room. The food was absolutely delicious. The only thing is the restaurant was not open at 8 for breakfast. So just be aware of that if you are in a rush in the...

”cómodo, céntrico, limpio, personal amable..”

”This is a super small hotel with no elevator and tons of stairs. They only have one restaurant and one really small pool. This is not the place for elderly people or people who want to socialize with others.”

”Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable for our stay.”
