Staff were very accommodating and polite. The weather was extremely cold, and the resort's heating systems were having trouble keeping up with the low temperatures, but the staff did their best to find ways to make the experience enjoyable for all guests.

Overall it was good. The up front staff werenât the friendliest, seemed rather annoyed if you bothered them. The lady who worked in breakfast area was very nice.
