”Pros:
- Nicely updated house is large enough for a family of 5
- Good size 3 bedrooms
- Updated and functional kitchen
- The house is clean and well maintained
- 12 minutes' drive from Marina; 5 minutes' drive to Dunn beach
- The property manager responded promptly and helped us to fight with flies and ants in the house
- WiFi speed is sufficient to work remotely
- AC keeps the temperature inside the house
Cons:
- Undisclosed steep driveway which minivan with a hitch attached can't access

”We had a fantastic stay here. The house was very spacious and had all the utilities we needed. The house is very clean and well kept and our host was helpful and easy to communicate with. We were able to access Yosemite easily from the house as well. The house was also close to restaurants and the supermarket in Groveland. I would definitely stay here again!”
