Cooked breakfast was served very quickly and was fantastic.
As a surveyor, is say that extract fan not working in the ensuite to Room 4 will mean that the room will get a musty smell if not sorted.

”Lovely, historical building, hence a bit of a trek to the top floor (no lift, of course). Very clean, plenty of tea, water, biscuits etc. in the room. Very nice breakfast staff but when my husband queried the price of a Guinness & packet of crisps being a bit steep (£9.30), the bar lady snapped back "It's not my fault" which we didn't think, in terms of customer service, was quite the correct response!! Easy 5 minute walk to the town centre.”
