âWe enjoyed our stay but the property has large entrance steps and very steep stairs down to the bedrooms (disabled people and families with small children beware) â
âThe Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out.
The room was spotless and very well serviced. Every day the bathroom was cleaned, the tea and coffee supplies topped up and so on.

âWe were only there for one night and couldnât fault the accommodation . My only complaint was the price of breakfast. I agree you could have the continental and the full English but if you only wanted continental you would pay same price of ÂŁ15. So we opted for no breakfast. â

âOur stay here was excellent. The inn is close to the centre, easy walking distance to most places. Rooms spacious. Staff very kind and helpful. Free parking. Food and drink excellent. â

âNot really much I can fault about the property other than the bed was abit small and the noise levels but thatâs to be expected in a city centre. Nice room located right next to everything and I will most definitely stay here again. đđâ
âLovely hotel in a great spot in Harrogate! Everything is within walking distance and the building itself is gorgeous. The room was clean, tea & coffee well stocked and towels were very fresh & fluffy. Breakfast itself was tasty and located on the 5th floor, giving great views! â

On check-in was allocated room #138 - the noise and vibration from the kitchen extraction fan outside the window was extreme 43dB - 50dB. Was informed by receptionist that it should turn off when the kitchen closed. Mercifully they kindly offered us another room #265 - worlds apart from #138 and a peaceful room at <20dB â

âWe had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldnât have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. Thereâs 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult.
