”When we arrived the beach chairs and umbrellas were not there. The ironing board was broken, so was the iron and the hair dryer. The first day we were instructed to go to Grace bay beach, pay to rent chairs and umbrella and we would be reimbursed. When we arrived back to our condo, not only were we reimbursed, but brand new beach chairs, umbrellas, ironing board, iron and hair dryer was purchased and sent to our condo. Thank you Ortega. ”Property was clean and spacious. Great location, central on Provo. Very short drive to Smith’s Reef for some great snorkeling. The nearest restaurant (1min drive but you can walk!) Mango Reef was delicious. Short drive to Grace Bay and our other favorite beaches closer to Chalk Sound. Owners were very responsive and left a lot of great instructions and info to make our visit a great one! ”

”This property is everything you could hope for. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay feel like you are at home. From a fully stocked kitchen-just shop for your groceries, to all the beach equipment you could need- pick which wonderful beach you are going to spend the day at- you will feel well taken care of. ”The check-in was the beginning of our amazing stay. Our plane was delayed and we didn’t get in until 1 o’clock. Catherine made sure the car was waiting for us at the airport got us there, she was there to help us check in, and she even had left us some snacks. Which, given the very late delay on the flight and everything being closed by the time we landed was a godsend. The unit itself is exactly as described and the location is wonderful! We would definitely stay in this unit again.”
