”Property is beautiful! House is nice and cozy. If you plan to cook a lot , they only have the essentials. You can sit outside and watch all the kite boarders go by. Ben is super helpful if you need anything while you there. While you are there you should check out Grace bay, Smiths Reef , and head up the street and try the Cocovan airstream restaurant. ”Great place to stay! Beautiful in every aspect. Kite boarding school to watch pretty much all day, conch shells a plenty, and amazing turquoise waters. Everything was clean and and as described. My sister and family stayed in the other house on the property, which was very convenient. Very close in driving distance to everything. Grace Bay beach is less than 10 minutes away. Must see! Ben, the caretaker will get you what ever you need and take care of any problems. Fyi, if you plan to stay...

The pool and surounding patios are a welcoming reprieve from a day on the beach. Beautiful Grace Bay and Sapodilla beaches are a must do!
