”Great condo! Ron was welcoming and quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. The condo was clean & well stocked with everything we needed. Had some extra beach chairs & snorkels available for guest use. Having a washer & dryer in the unit was so helpful. We enjoyed meals on the private patio looking out at the grounds. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Beautiful property. Very secluded & private. Tides restaurant on property is excellent - live music Friday...

Pros:
The property is exactly as described. The views are incredible, overlooking both Chalk Sound and the ocean, allowing you to enjoy both sunrise and sunset right from the villa. The home is very well equipped with everything you need, whether you’re spending the day relaxing by the pool or heading to the beach.

”Awesome stay! The house has an authentic carribean feel and stunning views. We & our bosy (11 & 6) fell in love with Chalk Sound. We swam, snorkeled, kayaked, and saw iguanas. Could not ask for more. There was a closet stocked full of chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, fins, floats, cooler, etc. We didn't kayak far out, as the large island close by was all the adventure we needed.
