”Do not come here if you're on a business trip especially during the weekend. Couldn't get any sleep noisy guests on both sides. Slamming doors, arguing in the hallways all night until day break. Reported it to the front desk. Don't mean a thing. I cancelled my reservation for the rest of the week and checked out in the middle of the night. Move to another hotel to get some rest for work. ”

However, I highly recommend not placing guests with dogs in the first rooms off of the lobby/bar area/pool/ice machine. I understand placing dogs on the first floor for better access to the outside is ideal but it is too much foot traffic that close to the busiest areas of the hotel. ”This was a quick overnight trip. The hotel location was central to many neighboring tourist attractions and businesses. The hotel staff were also very friendly. The cleanliness was impeccable. If I have to travel that way again, I would certainly stay again.”

But only one confirmation number - because it was all under one account - confusing because they only pulled up the name & not both rooms -fully booked no avail rooms - the other party had to go to another hotel - I gave them the other persons name & they found the room. ”Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. ”My initial room smelled really good when I got there but then I seen it was stains on my bedsheets which looked like blood stains, so I went to front desk and showed video and pictures of stain and she proceeds to say it’s ink from when they do laundry but she didn’t understand why housekeeping would place on bed with the stains? ”The pictures and reviews make this place look way better than reality. This is a seedy hotel that I wouldn’t have taken my daughter to if the reviews were accurate. We were chased to our room my teenage boys wanting to talk to my daughter. They kept knocking, but stopped after 10-15 minutes. We didn’t feel safe and figured the front desk wouldn’t so anything.
