”Really enjoyed our stay!”

”Unable to secure room with my visa. Had to call a friend to come there and use theirs. beer cost 2x more than downtown bars They try to keep selling you food at the bar with every drink. Even if you say not ordering tonight. Extra unexplained charge on the room on top of the room price... I wont be back.”

”The staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Big selection. Must try the fruit waffles. Stayed with my 2 Granddaughters ages 3 and 6.. They enjoyed the pool and pool slide. Close to QEH and easy access to HWY. Added bonus were resteraunts and shopping across the road.”

”There were no staff, it was self check in and there was coffee, water, juice and yogurt in the common area. The bagged “lunch” was in your room, it had an apple, orange, banana bread, chocolate chip muffin, small granola bar and a krispie crunch. The website did not say that the restaurant was not open 7 days per week. It is an easy walk to the grocery stores and local restaurants. The mattress was awful, it was so soft you sank into it, I slept on the floor. The noise barrier to the upper...

”A really lovely upscale hotel with very professional and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay.”

”I liked the indian style decorations. The parking was ok. The breakfast was ok, except the coffee, which was horrible. Same for the coffee in the main lobby. When I asked if I could get a stronger coffee, I was told to drive to get one. The room was clean, but the pillows were not comfortable to sleep.The receptionist was polite, but the internet did not work, despite staff intervention and our requests for help. Convenient location to sleep one night, I would not reccomend for more.”

”The hotel is in a convenient location with many good restaurants nearby. We ate from the breakfast buffet which was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.”

”Great location close to waterfront and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean, uncluttered and industrial decor. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. There is a bar in the lobby and seems to be a popular place. Food invthe restaurant was very good too. Really enjoyed our stay.”

”Prinzipiell hat uns das Hotel gut gefallen, allerdings hatten wir für ein 5-Sterne-Haus etwas mehr erwartet. Bereits zu Beginn sind uns im Zimmer einige Mängel aufgefallen, unter anderem ein defektes Schrankscharnier, eine schiefe Toilettenpapierhalterung sowie Haare im Bereich der Waage. Auch mussten wir mehrfach um einen weiteren Kofferständer bitten, bevor dieser schließlich gebracht wurde. Etwas irritiert waren wir zudem über den späten Reinigungsservice. Als wir gegen 15:00 Uhr nochmals...

”The hotel was great and bed was really comfortable however the room was not cleaned and beds were not made for the duration of our stay. After coming back tired from whole day of roaming around you expect room cleaned and a clean tidy bed to sleep in. Also the A/C seemed to stop after cooling and then room would become warm. The fridge frozen our drinks in it. So over all room had it's issue for comfort and cleanliness.”
