"Jeg er dessverre svært skuffet over oppholdet mitt. Det største problemet var renholdet. Rommet ble ikke rengjort ordentlig under oppholdet, håndklær ble ikke byttet, og sengetøyet ble heller ikke skiftet før jeg nærmest krevde det.
