”First and foremost, the young man on desk duty Saturday afternoon greeted me as family. So very warm with his words and smile. A true genuine smile. That when I went back to check for my misplaced wallet, he was still sweet and kind to tell me it wasn't turned in, and will on a lookout for it. I found it in the room, but that young gentleman truly understands customer service. Like most Comfort Suites, it lacked nothing. If in the area, I would definitely be a repeat customer. ”

”We stayed 3 nights for Memorial Day weekend for a family get together. We booked 5 rooms. The hotel itself was dated and showing a lot of wear. We had to wear our shoes inside because our feet were getting dirty from the carpet, but the rooms were relatively clean otherwise. ”I rented this house to host Thanksgiving for my son and a bunch of guys in his unit at Ft Riley that couldn’t go home.
