”The unit itself was ok but the check in /out process was poor key pick up/drop 20 mins away from unit. Unit was on top floor 50 steps hard to carry luggage up/down. Instructions re key pick only available on day off issue 30 mins before check in which did not clearly advise distance required to travel from pick up point to unit so went to unit area to discover need to then go back 20 mins for key. POOR information sharing.Will not be recomending unit to friends/family”
