”The lounge area had very comfortable seating for reading. Fresh coffee nearly all day. Staff was very helpful and thorough at checkin. We are coming back to this hotel on our next visit to Yellowstone.”

”We expected a room like the photos. Instead we received a room with a 3.5ft x 3.5ft standup shower where the shower curtain stuck to you, water was constantly in my eyes and didn’t drain properly. Stained carpet, flooring and chairs. The room was smaller than expected. The bed however was comfortable, clean and tidy. If you do choose to stay there, don’t stay in room #2. I wouldn’t make the same choice staying in West Glacier.”

”Housekeeping was not done at all during my stay. The room was not cleaned, and the bed was left untouched. Only towels and a few supplies were replaced. Given the high room rate, the quality of the breakfast, cleanliness, and service fell well below expectations.”

”The room would have been bearable if it was on the ground or upper floor. Unfortunately it was down a flight of steps into a basement. The view was of a concrete wall so almost no natural light, & the room smelt very musty. However the shower was ok & the bed seemed clean & comfortable. The kitchenette looked grim. Breakfast was pallid scrambled eggs & neon sausage. Pretty awful for over $260.”

”It was a clean property overall, the outside was sketchy looking but the hotel rooms were very nice! It was fairly priced for the location compared to everything else.”

”This establishment falls short of expectations. While the location is commendable, the room and beds are inadequate for a family of four. As a family of two adults and two children, we found the beds to be insufficiently comfortable. The breakfast offerings were limited to noodles, oatmeal, apple slices, and cereal. Additionally, the foam plate and utensils raised concerns regarding their healthiness. Based on these factors, I would not recommend this establishment.”

”Like many places in Yellowstone West, it feels quite overpriced (well very TBO), but I suppose they know visitors are somewhat of a captive audience due to the location. The hotel itself is looking very tired and in serious need of modernisation. The room carpets in particular were quite worn down, and the rooms generally felt dated and in need of modernisation. For the price range they charge, I would also expect upgraded smart TVs as standard nowadays, but the rooms definitely felt behind the...
