”I would give a five star rating if only we could control the temperature in our freezing cold room. The owner told us the control for the air conditioning was in the room next door. He gave us access to a key for the room but we couldn’t unlock the door. The owner was a really personable guy so good to talk to. Breakfast was cooked to order which was very nice”

”My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. ”Great location with a historic feel right on the main street with shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Breakfast is a step above highway hotels but nothing to rave about. Common areas are abundant indoors and out with lovely furnishings. Bedrooms are a bit dated.”

”Room was great, mini fridge didn’t seem to work (did not bother me) everything was clean, the staff were all very friendly and nice. Parking was easy and affordable. The gym seemed busy whenever I walked by haha, all in all very good experience.”

”The hotel overall is run down. Our 1st room had very wet carpet. The second room needed a thorough cleaning. The walls were dirty. The bath tub was dirty. Their was long hair on the bathroom floor and part of a weave in bathroom trashcan. The beds were comfortable. It was a suite and the couch and chair were extremely dirty.”

”It was just a basic hotel room, nothing special. The bed was comfy and the rooftop bar was cool. The shower kept cutting out, and the view was just rooftop AC units. If you have a ladder rack or a tall truck, you'll have to park on the side of the road. And good luck if there's a baseball game going on.”
