”Room didn’t get cold. Glad we brought our own fan. We asked for extra towels and were told they didn’t have any. No TV remote but they quickly brought us one. Hotel is old but served our needs. Cafe staff was polite. Was happy they served Starbucks. ”

”Overall it was good; however, not getting daily housekeeping is awful. Hotels.com needs to post current housekeeping policies. Covid restrictions s over. There’s no excuse to not provide daily housekeeping unless you just want to become a second-rate hotel. The front desk employee was very nice and gladly gave us extra towels due to the lack of housekeeping services. ”

”The accommodations were what we expected. When we got to our room the first night, 6 police cars were in front of the hotel with a tow truck towing a car. The police were outside my room door until 2:30am waiting for a search warrant for the room across us. Other than that, the location was good and close to lots of restaurants.”
