”The king suite was super comfy and clean!”

”Cleaning needs improvement; the carpet and bathroom were very dirty. The staff need to do better, as they didn't care about helping; our room had no hot water, and they weren't willing to switch our room or fix the problem. 😞”

”Pool water wasn’t nice(not clear) so I wouldn’t let the kids swim. We stayed for 5 nights and they never made beds or took out garbage even after being asked. Wasn’t the cleanest to begin with but bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.”

”The bathroom had damages. The walls were scratched and had holes in the paint. The shower floor was very slippery and I was afraid I was going to fall. The bathroom floor was also slippery when wet. The step into the room from the outside was too high and I actually fell, which required the fire service to come and help me get up.”

”Stayed from 7/2 through 7/5 2026. Staffs answer to cleaning room was to open our door and place a do not disturb sign on door and tell us it was a busy weekend. The walls are really thin and screaming children running halls late at night and early in the morning.The refidgerator didn't work and froze our food. Be cautious of the tub when taking a shower too. Ours was slick and husband fell while taking a shower. We asked for a tub mat and told them this was slick (none provided) also that the...

”This was the perfect place to stay with a family. My grandkids loved the variety of delicious foods for breakfast and the pool was fun and hot tub relaxing. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Would stay again and recommend to others.”

”Great location, right on Centennial trail with lovely river views. Easy walk to nearby restaurants. 2 miles from downtown beaches and Sherman St. The buffet breakfast was nice and the gym and pool were fabulous.”

Even though the hotel was very busy, everything was well organized, and they provided everything a family needs for a comfortable vacation. The rooms were clean, private, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the pool, and the friendly, welcoming staff.
