”House was very clean and well appointed. Having the separate game room/seating area allowed people to spread out. Marta was great to work with and responded quickly to questions. Nice place for a family gathering. ”

”We got turned around but Caitlin guided us to the property and met us at the gate. The apartment was clean and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and well organized. We enjoyed the welcome basket of cookies that was waiting for us. The horses were fun to watch but our grandson really enjoyed his riding lesson with Caitlin. We would like to come again when the weather is warmer. ”

”The home was clean and comfortable for the most part. I would suggest that the lighting in the bedrooms be less harsh for comfort. Bright white bulbs and florescent lighting for my family was not great. I would add that the lighting in the bathrooms for doing make up was bad (too yellow). It stated in the listing they provided bottled water but none was present when we arrived so we went to the store to purchase. If it wasn't listed I would have brought some from home. I couldn't find a listing...

”The listing picture wasn't even close. Front yard was part of marina with boat trailers and cars. House was filthy and in disrepair. Bedroom mattress was wrapped in moving plastic. It caved in through the bedspring when you sat on it. Carpet was so dirty and moldy that when you walked out of the bedroom, your shoes would stick. Not much furniture and furniture that was there was curb pick up quality. Dishes and appliances were dirty. TV in bedroom was on the floor in the closet. ...
