    Location is perfect, 2 blocks from the beach, less than one block from the grocery store and deli, 3 blocks for bike rentals, less than 4 blocks from restaurants and the main pier. Far enough from the crowd, but easy access to it if you like being in the crowd.

The location is spot on! It really is only 2 blocks from the boardwalk that takes you to the beach. The neighborhood felt safe and we could easily cross a busy street thanks to a pedestrian light. The house itself was lacking some things: -there were utensils available but NO cutlery-the kitchen towels provided were small washcloths so it was difficult to wash and dry dishes that we wanted to use again-we couldn't get the TV in the main room to work. We communicated with the host but she didn't end up coming to help with it-the house needs a deep clean. The beds and shower felt clean, but there were a few areas (especially vents) that were dirty and looked gross. -we appreciated the beach supplies, but many of the items there were broken or rusted out and downright dangerous to use. (There were at least 2 broken chairs-an accident waiting to happen) Overall we had a great stay, this seems like a new listing so I hope they can make some improvements since it's such a great location!
