”The house is in a great location. Right by the beach and this portion of the beach is not busy. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the 14 of us. However, the beds are very uncomfortable. If you book this property bring air mattresses.”

”Magical week @ Oceanfront Oasis! Fun days on the beach spotting Dolphins, pelicans and even met a real mermaid! Condo super nice comfortable Beds! Plenty of space for our family. The garage and back door to the beach was a bonus. Restaurant and bar on site was a nice convenience.”

”The property is very nice, clean, well maintained, up to date. Very pleased. There were pool issues so we were disappointed that we could not get the pool clean enough to swim in it. There was some inclement weather but we believe the pool filter was not working as efficiently as it should. Overall, please with property if you don’t care about having a pool.”

”The house was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. So easy to get around on our rented golf cart. It's just around the corner from a great beach access but really not far from any access point. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen is stocked well. We made breakfast every morning. Plenty of towels and plenty of room. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. Great house! Highly recommend!”

”Great house for 3-5 people. Everything is very comfortable, ie seating, sofa and beds. Love the view from both outside porches. I read a lot out there because it was shaded and breezy. We had everything we could need. The stairs are challenging going up into the unit, which if you have physical limitations would pose a problem. Thankfully not for us! Overall, enjoyed it and its location to the beach, shopping, and restaurants very much!”

”Everything was amazing at the Mermaid Inn. If we needed to contact anyone it was super easy. We loved how everything was located conveniently. And having a "private beach" over a public was super nice!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!”

”My wife and infant stayed here over MDW. The property was clean and had all the amenities needed. It was a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops near the pier. The bed and sheets were very comfortable (we even asked where they were from afterwards). Donna was super responsive and kind - she let us drop off our groceries early and we also met her in person. The road was surprisingly quiet too given the holiday weekend. Would definitely stay here again if planning...

”This house was beautiful inside and out. Ocean breezes greeted us every morning. Plenty of room for hanging, watching movies and eating with the family. The hit of our week was the pool and game room. From a 11 year old to 60 year olds there was much time spent swimming talking and playing. Perfect family vacation - Thank You Tony!!”

”The house was just perfect for 7 adults. Kitchen was large and so were the bedrooms. We were steps away from a dock to an inlet w beach. Minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Took about 30 min to get to Savannah and had great weather. Will come back”

”This home is a great size for families. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. The kids especially loved the foosball table and pool table. The hot tub was a hit. It is a small distance to the beach and many restaurants. The only downside to this rental is that there is no first floor bathroom but this is not a deal breaker. We had a very nice stay.”

”The house was wonderful, plenty of space and multiple areas to hang out and relax, from the downstairs patio / pool, enclosed upstairs patio, and the converted garage / game room. We had a great time. The only reason I gave less stars for description, It wasn’t super clear in the photos but there’s two flights of stairs to get to the main living space.. While this was fine for our group, we had family staying nearby, including one family member with a walker - we opted to go out vs have them...

”The location of the unit is perfect. Quiet, steps from the beach. Easy drive to Savannah and local shops and great restaurants. Ample room for a large family, well furnished. The unit needs some immediate attention. The dryer doesn't dry so we weren't able to do laundry.- a real inconvenience One big disappointment was lack of a hot tub- which is still in the pictures of the unit. We were told after it was too late to cancel that it had been removed- although it's apparent that it was removed...

”We have stayed at a decent amount of VRBO properties, mostly up and down the east coast, Cabo San Lucas, and 5 times on the Hawaiian Islands. Sometimes just the 2 of us, and up to 6. Most all properties have a very usable and a variety of kitchen items. The Gull Cottage property has absolutely everything you could possibly need while staying there. The bed was so comfortable you didn't want to get out of it. The fishing pier was not a problem at all. Town was close, and has everything one...

”We had a great stay at The Alley! Everyone bowled their hearts out. Took us a few days to get the bedroom heat to work but that was user error on our part! lnitially we were bummed that the pool could not be heated due to the time of year and while we would have loved to have it, bowling took over! Our family of 12 came together to celebrate Christmas the week between Christmas and New Years. All agreed we would rent again!”
