”It was fine. Not a place we would typically stay but it was convenient. Room is the size of a walk in closet and the toilet is jammed in a corner! But it was good enough”

”Everyone was very helpful, from the valet to the front desk and the restaurant wait staff. We had a problem with the television and the balcony door. We went out for the day and both were fixed when we got back. The balcony door had a reoccurring issue, but we reported it only once. Having a room facing the river was a plus. It was very enjoyable to watch the freighters and other river traffic. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.”

”The room had a smell of a dirty wet mop. The carpets were either laundered and not properly dried or the previous occupants caused the carpet to be wet. Additionally the AC did not work properly and continuously turned off, had to manually turn it back on every couple of hours.”

”Very pleasantly surprised by the hotel! Would definitely stay there again. Helpful staff, very clean and great quality food. We dined at the rooftop restaurant and bar! Well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. The only request would be to have better pillows. Other than that the stay was wonderful!”
