Located steps from the beach, Seaside on 7th shows off gorgeous ocean views! This large home offers 2,314 square feet of space that can easily be shared among 12 guests. The home boasts four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Step outside to enjoy poolside living on your own patio with private pool!

A Beautiful Tybee Island Beach House That Offers Everything!
This air-conditioned beach house rental in Tybee has a friendly, spacious living room featuring large leather couches, an oversized brick fireplace and flat-panel television. The kitchen in this home is the ultimate gathering place! Featuring new cabinets and appliances, this chef's dream is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. A wine fridge with sink in a special bar nook within the kitchen ensures that poolside drinks are always just a minute away! Full of fresh cabinetry and shiny countertops, the kitchen features a small peninsula that delivers extra seating and storage space. Seaside on 7th's bedrooms are crisp, refreshing and relaxing. The sleeping arrangements within the rental are broken down between a suite with king bed, two suites featuring a king bed with two twin beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. In total, there are nine beds for guests to choose from when picking their sleeping accommodations.

The home's twin bedroom is located on the first floor. There is also a first-floor half bathroom. On the second floor, the suite with king bed delivers ocean views and access to a covered porch. There is also an en-suite bathroom with shower and soaking tub. The second floor also has a separate half bathroom. The home's third floor hosts the remaining two bedrooms. You will also find a full bathroom with double vanity and enclosed toilet that offers privacy from the tub/shower.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving
Day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve & Day, and the day after Christmas Day

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
