Just a great place!

We had 4 adults and 5 teenagers for this vacation and perfect for everyone! This is our second time staying here. It’s perfect with an elevator for our family who cannot do stairs. Great views! Easy walk to the beach and just so peaceful! Plenty to see and do at Tybee Island!

Great place, location but...

The location and home are great with room for improvement...grill, only two burners work Master Bedroom - no place to sit to dress or quiet time TV in there is tiny and needs sound bars by the bed (huge room) so other guest aren't annoyed with loud volume. Bring cans to kill wasp outside! Other than that it is a wonderful place to stay, close to beach and turtles...view is spectacular! Have stayed there for the past three years. Will again...hopefully with improvements.

We loved the 5 bedroom house which suited our 3 generation of adults perfectly. You could easily see the cargo ships going to and from Savannah. It a nice quiet neighborhood and was just a 30 minute drive to Savannah.

Annual Extended Family Vacay

We come to Tybee annually and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property. The elevator came in handy for our elderly family members. Having 2 Master Suites was also a hit. The view alone was worth every penny. The only downside was not having garage door openers so we got wet when it rained but we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful House, Short on Kitchen Supplies

Three families stayed here for a restful week on Tybee Island. This beautiful house is located in a prime spot within the neighborhood. The beach is about 150 yards across the wooden pier with the final stretch up and down a couple of manageable dunes. The beach was very quiet, but not in a bad way. The only disappointment was the overall lack of kitchen items - very few pots, pans, bowls and silverware. As a group that preferred to cook most meals, we used more paper plates and bowls than expected. The washer and dryer were super handy and a nice perk of this great house. Would recommend to others, just plan accordingly if you don’t go out to eat for every meal.

Just what we were hoping

This group of long-time friends found this house to be just what were were looking for: room for everyone, an open kitchen, and very well cleaned. Granted, it wasn't exactly "on" the beach but the boardwalk was fine and the view across the mouth of the Savannah River was what we wanted. The house was immaculate, everything worked, and check in and check out was easy.

Perfect rest and relaxation getaway

The home was perfect to house 4 adults and 4 teenagers! Definitely clean and around a 150 yard walk to the private beach. We had a minor issue with the elevator and we called and maintenance was there very quickly. We highly recommend this home!

Wonderful beach house for family

The house was perfect for our family gathering. Every couple had their own bathroom, the living spaces were tastefully decorated and comfortable for 10 people. The view from the back porches were amazing, for both sunrise and sunset over the water. It was a short walk through the dunes to the fairly secluded beach, and the kids loved the turtle pond. Communication with the rental company was very good.

We enjoyed our stay! House was clean and accurately described. Nice open kitchen, dining and living room on the top floor. Longer walk out to the water than expected, but not bad. My only complaint was the thermostat was locked at 70 degrees. We were there in July and the house got hot. I would have paid extra to be able to turn the temp down a little cooler.

Beautiful place and view!

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for our family of ten. There are things that we didn’t have enough of though like dishwasher pods, we had no washing detergent, no pot holders, and not a lot of cookware. Other than those it was great Hope this helps the next guest with what supplies to bring.

55th Birthday weekend

We had 4 fun couples meet at the Tybee house for my husband's birthday. Everyone enjoyed their own bedrooms, the beautiful view of the water and the location. Only complaints were very minimal supplies and the front rooms could use better blinds or some curtains.

Awesome place and location.

We loved the property but did have issues. Master suite had soiled sheets (urine stain) the bathroom door lock was broke causing 2 different people to be locked in. Not enough towels or hangers. We had to purchase beach chairs, towels, coolers, umbrellas, hangers and kitchen towels. It stated everything had to be gone when you checked out. It would of been nice to be able to leave stuff for next person. We did leave beach towels and coolers. Most places located on the beach have this stuff to use for the guests. Also they need a blue recycle bin. I called about the sheets being stained and was told they would call me back. I’m still waiting.
