The Kaleidoscope is designed for families with kids or a group of adults who need a bit of extra space to spread out. Traveling professionals who may need a quiet, separate space for concentration can feel at home here, too!

Our guests will go up the staircase that leads to the vivid main entrance of the home. The open, sunlit living space of the Kaleidoscope is charming & modern. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances with an island that seats 4 & a dining table for 6. 2 sets of glass double doors open to a welcoming porch with dining & loungy seating and offers views of our quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. From the porch you can see the beach entrance a block away.

The modern and newly renovated kitchen includes a large gas-stove top, walk-in pantry with plenty of kitchen equipment to throw together some great family meals. We have 2 coffee makers (a drip maker & Keurig) and plenty of seating for your family & friends to hang out and socialize.

Around the ship-lapped corner is a laundry closet with a stackable washer/dryer, then down the hall you find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 1st bedroom features twin bunks and a cubby with kids’ books! Next is the 1st bathroom with a tub-shower combo & the 2nd QUEEN bedroom. The Master Suite has a QUEEN bed and a spacious, light-filled bathroom with a walk-in shower & double vanity. All bedrooms have smart TVs.

Next to the kitchen are the pine stairs to the ground floor that reveal the 2nd living room & kitchen! (photos to come). The kitchen has fridge, stove, microwave and drip coffee maker (no dishwasher). This floor has 2 QUEEN bedrooms & one full bathroom with a tub-shower combo. Each of these rooms has its own split system ac unit with individual thermostats in each room & smart TVs.

Wait! Did we forget to mention The Kaleidoscope has a roof-top deck?! Yes, it does! Great views of the Atlantic Ocean & colorful rocking chairs, this is the spot for a cocktail and stargazing. There are also 2 lounge chairs if you have sunbathers in the group!

The garage area isn’t really for parking cars, but rather for FUN - We have a ping-pong table, corn hole boards and a picnic table for friendly or fierce competition! Provided are a beach cart & chairs (conditions & quantity vary as some get stolen or broken), so please return in good working condition! You can open the garage doors & enjoy the breezes and a cold cocktail from the kitchenette’s fridge just inside the door.

*MINIMUM age to reserve is 25 years old, no exceptions.

*OCCUPANCY: Maximum of 10 including infants & children.

**NOISE: This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, loud music, public drunkenness, or parties of any sort.

**NO PARTIES!!! NO BACHELORETTE/BACHELOR GROUPS!

The City of Tybee Noise Ordinance requires strict observance of QUIET TIME between 10 pm and 8 am. Tybee Island Police and the neighborhood strictly enforce this. The individual violators (not the property owner) can be fined by the City of Tybee.
This is a family oriented neighborhood with year-round tenants. Violators may be evicted and/or fined!

*PARKING: MAX 4 vehicles allowed in driveway. No trailers or RVs.
