”To start the staff was very accommodating. I wanted to change my room from second floor to first floor. They were great about accomplishing that. The room was run down. The bathroom sink was clogged and would hold water every time you used it. I would not go back there to stay. And like I said it was not the staff they were very helpful and friendly.”

”Ended up having to get a cancellation/refund approved on this property due to safety/hazard/unclean circumstances. A lot of rusted things causing rust/paint to flake off in floor. Floor in front of shower very soft (felt like you would fall through). Inside microwave very rusted and peeling (front desk lady did exchange it). Faucet on bathroom sink completely calcified and gross. A velvet settee in room was completely NASTY, like it has never been vacuumed in the quilting lines. No ice...

”The room is not clean. This is the worst hotel that I have ever visit. No Smoke alarm wire hanging from the ceiling. Shower broken, floor not clean, toilet not clean, clothes rack falling a part.”

”After I booked on Expedia… The girl wanted 20 more dollars to give me a requested upstairs room… in the room there was no desk chair for the desk… There was no trashcan… The remote for the TV was so filthyI had to have washcloth to touch it…. and once I touched it… It did not work so I had to call the front desk and the girl brought up a new one…..stray cats hang out here … the best part was right next-door. There was a sports bar and a Thai restaurant… But I would not recommend the Thai...

”DON'T STAY HERE!!!! Staying here was the worst experience of my life. I was there on vacation and left so stressed out. The staff is incompetent. The manager is useless. The scammed me out of $179 and refused to give it back. I will be letting the mayor, tourism board and the alumni chaper of my university know how i was treated.”
