”There was some issue when checking in. We would have been upgraded to a better room, but the receptionist couldn't make changes to the reservation because it was made though Hotels.com. Comfortable room, and close to the town "center". The self-service laundry machine was surprisingly expensive.”

”I was disappointed by the condition of the home. Lights in kitchen did not work, door to main bedroom couldn’t close, had trouble with ceiling fans. Beds were comfortable and ac worked well. If going for old time farmhouse experience you got it. There is no microwave or coffee pot. Overall we enjoyed our stay even with the issues.”

”The drive into this rustic fishing camp was beautiful! It was a dirt road for the last little bit but that was the fun part. There are swamps right off the road and we saw a deer and a raccoon. The sandbar is also very nice and because the river was low it was extremely wide which I’m sure can change but we enjoyed it. Being so close to the water would be nice for the fishermen out there.”
