”We had to work on the toilet it kept stopping up, we left a toilet plunger there for the next guest. Inside the kitchen the air conditioner did not cool well. The master room with the bed had a very hard mattress. Directions kept sending us to the wrong location”

”There was some issue when checking in. We would have been upgraded to a better room, but the receptionist couldn't make changes to the reservation because it was made though Hotels.com. Comfortable room, and close to the town "center". The self-service laundry machine was surprisingly expensive.”

”We went to our room and there was a strong musty smell. We asked for a different room. Staff was accommodating, and polite, and found another room for us. This room had a mild musty smell. We gave up and just stayed there. It never improved during the 3 days, even though we ran the ac constantly. Breakfast is good, as long as you get there early. They don't refill anything during the last hour. So if they are busy it will be empty. If they are slow, it will be dried out. This includes waffle...
