”Food was good, staff friendly and helpful. Had an accident while there (no fault of resort) and they were extremely helpful, accommodating, and empathetic. They went above and beyond to make sure we got to and from hospital, and to the airport to go home for surgery. Would definitely recommend!”

”The hotel needs to be renovated. The rooms are in poor condition and you can't use the AC at night because it makes a terrible noise. No warm water in the shower. The hotel is also very far away from the restaurants etc. so you have to take a taxi every time you want to somewhere. Breakfast was ok, but all the juices were warm. The free wifi doesn't work very good. Two nice pool areas, the other one just in front of the beach.”

”We really liked this place. Our bed was comfortable, the beach was great, the pools were nice, and the price was right. We also really liked the location of the hotel. Within 20 mins walk or a few minutes can ride we could get to really nice restaurants in a nice neighborhood. It was also easy to get to downtown for a change of scenery. The staff were also really nice. The building itself is about 40 years old so not the newest, but that's presumably why it was less expensive. Other than...
