”Easily the best VRBO experience we've ever had. The property is super clean and well equipped; the rate is reasonable for Hawaii and less than 10 minutes from shopping in Kona. Steve, the host, could not have been more gracious and helpful.The grounds are like something out of a botanical garden, with a view of the ocean beyond Kona and spectacular sunsets. ”The sunsets were amazing from this property. I truly enjoyed watching them every night. There were 13 family members staying at the house and there was plenty of room. Being my 60th birthday, my husband and I had the master bedroom. I thought it was fantastic, especially the lanai. Nancy was quick to respond with any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here. ”

”Great location, close to everything. ”This place was amazing! We were convenient to every place we wanted to go on the island. We could easily get to Waimea and beat the crowds, to Sleeping Giant for a sunrise hike, and it was an easy drive to the north side to spend time at Anini Beach. The view is amazing, and we looked forward to coming back each evening to watch the sun set over the mountains.”

”We had a wonderful stay here! I was a little nervous about no AC but being up the mountain it was beautiful. When we lost power for a short time they immediately reached out to us to keep us informed. If I’m ever back on the big island again I will definitely stay here again. ”The house was amazing! The location and pool adjacent to the beach just cannot be beat. House was very comfortable for a family of 9 with 3 kids. During our stay the refrigerator broke and they brought over a replacement with coolers of ice within an hour. The range didn’t work well but was functional. House really could have used AC in the bedrooms for sleep comfort in the summer but overall was an amazing property with very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again. ”
